Included with your C2 ATOM subscription, at no additional cost, is the following:

  • C2 ATOM is a multi-tenant SaaS provider, meaning that you will always be using the latest version
  • C2 ATOM makes multiple enhancements regularly — you have immediate access without any effort
  • This includes bug fixes to bring the service into substantial conformance with its then current user documentation
  • Expert-level customer support early on in the support process
  • Online web support systems
  • Access to our online knowledge base
  • Submit tickets via email and receive expert-level interaction by no later than the next business day
