C2 ATOM subscriptions include the C2 ATOM licenses and its updates. You also get access to our support team (phone, email, portal) for your questions and inquiries.
What type of support do you offer?
Email and phone support are available. You can also communicate through C2 portal and send requests directly to our team.
What type of licencing C2 ATOM propose?
C2 ATOM offers floating (concurrent) and named licences. Meaning that with floating licences you can have as many users as you want, as long as the number of connected users isn’t greater than the number of licenses.
Is it possible to integrate with 3rd party apps?
Yes, C2 ATOM has a complete and functional API. External applications can communicate easily with the tool. It is also possible to call web services directly from the C2 ATOM software. You can contact us by phone or on the Client Portal to see if an application integrates with C2 ATOM or to request the integration of a 3rd party application.
To what extent can I customize the application?
All the fields presented in the application are customizable. We care about your appreciation and the flexibility of our tool therefore feels essential.
Is there a On-Premise (installed) version?
No, C2 ATOM is an ITSM as a service software only available in a subscription mode. Although, there is an subscription-based onsite version of C2 ATOM available. Contact our team for more details.

C2 ATOM servers are located in Montreal, Canada with a DR site in Quebec City, Canada hosted on Sherweb Performance Cloud.
