Here is a brief overview of the new features included in the software update.
In our business rules and process automation engine, we've added a new action called "Run a Script".
Your teams can now run PowerShell scripts or any program, deploy an application update, discover a series of assets, or execute various Windows commands.
To easily cancel a ticket without having to inform the resource or the agent in charge of the request, we have created a new personalized "Button" type field.
A feature that will save you a lot of time and money.
Self-Service Voting Process
C2 ATOM software's evolution is based on customer feedback. This partnership will be enhanced in 2018 with a view of the Portal where users can vote for their favorite feature.
We have created a custom field of type "Reservation".
This type allows you to reserve either equipment or a conference room or any other item to book.
Once your type is created, add it to your request form and create the reservation ticket. By making its Availability "Public", the reservation can also be displayed on the portal.
