New C2 ATOM features | Summer 2018

It's nice and warm outside. Summer certainly helps to relax and regain strength. We take a step back on our initiatives of the year and plan upcoming activities.

At C2, we take inspiration from the summer season to innovate by developing new solutions for the benefit of our C2 ATOM customers and future users.

Here is a preview of a tool that is gaining in power and flexibility, ready to support your IT & business processes.

 

Quick access to my latest activities

As an help desk user, I want to quickly access my latest activities, regardless of which ticket (s), in order to find what I have achieved recently.

To improve activity overview, we added a new section in your Options menu ; My activities.

 

        

 

 

Configure automation on grid type fields

C2 ATOM now supports automation on elements that are in a grid (CI, client, integer, decimal, list of elements).

Let say you manage purchase requisitions and want to initiate an automatic approval process. Now with C2 ATOM, your approval is automatically notifying the manager for items over $ 5,000.

 

 

Include a signature in my email templates

Depending on your communication needs, you can now include a signature in targeted email templates. You may need to have a different signature depending on the security group (HR, IT, etc.), which is also supported.

 

 

Mobile version: Create a ticket, add an attachment and log my work time in a ticket or task

You can now create a ticket and add/delete attachments to a ticket from the C2 ATOM mobile app. 

 

                  

 

Because on-field techs need flexibility entering their timesheets, we made it possible through their phone.

 

                

 

In-depth analysis of the dashboard and its components

C2 ATOM users wanted in-depth analyzis for dashboard data. To address the need, we have built an advanced search tab that opens drill down results.

The search starts automatically with the criteria of the chart. You can see all its details by clicking on a ticket.
