To celebrate our 10 years of existence, C2 has decided to make a facelift! With an improved interface, more efficient features and a new image for the C2 ATOM software, you will never have been so well equipped.

Here is an overview of an ITSM application that is gaining in power and flexibility, ready to support your business processes.

 

Easy configurations thanks to the renewed menus

For a more intuitive configuration, a new management menu is now available. 

 

 

C2 ATOM's management tools have been centralized; the new structure provides an optimal experience for the managers and administrators using these crucial functions.

 

 

 

Enjoy an enhanced user experience

The interface of version 3.07.03 also offers several improvements. We find the main menu paired with the search tool as well as the user menu and a ticket creation button.

More refined than previous versions, this new interface has been developed to minimize scrolling, for efficient, fast operations. In short, better navigation for all our C2 ATOM users.

Ticket creation is done from the + button. You are then asked for the name of your client and your request.

 

 

You can now do a quick impact analysis on an inventory item (CI) and its relationship with the quick access shown below.

 

 

 

Collaborate more effectively with conversational channels

Take advantage of a multi-channel chat tool to improve communication between your agents. This mode preserves both your conversation history, attachments, and images.

 

    

 

Synchronize external data using the API Manager

Centralizing management of API calls is now possible. As part of the new management menu, this manager allows you to syncronize data with external systems.

For example, if you want to syncronize customer data from a CRM or other management system, this section will be useful.

 

                

 

 

Plan your tasks according to priorities and service levels

To ensure a better task planning, our team has developed new functions to manage the priority and the level of service of the tasks.

 

 

So you can now start / schedule a task at a specific time.

 

 

 

Alerts notify your technicians based on prioritization and set service levels.
