Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will join the sales / marketing team, complementing a group of experienced business analysts and programmers to market our software solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with new customers and conclude contracts with them.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial customer engagement to the closing of sales.
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling, face-to-face meetings (using ZOOM TEAM, etc.), and other methods such as networking (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Maintain a high level of the product knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Qualify prospects according to company criteria established by C2 Management.
  • Keep daily detailed notes for prospect follow-ups.

 

Requirements and skills:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal sales or representation.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, IT, or any other relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Understands social media, and digital sales tools.
  • Computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite.
