  E-mail is quick and easy, and more and more people are using it. C² Intermail module will help your customers or employees save even more time and they will appreciate your efficiency.
   
  As soon as an e-mail arrives, C² Intermail reads and identifies the incoming address, opens a request and sends the issuer a personalized receipt notification with a request number, then notifies the appropriate employee. Supporting your internal or external customers begins immediately! If the C² Interaction module is installed, it can take over, making the process of providing service quick, easy and seamless.
   
 
  The system can also direct calls to specific groups of technicians. For example, emails sent to Support@yourcompany.com; are automatically routed to the group of technicians assigned to that email address if you choose.

Separate accounts can be designated for different companies, enabling emails to be automatically forwarded to the correct technician for that account or support type issue.
